You move up by clearing gates, not by attending. Each gate is a real bar you clear on real work, judged by people who do it for a living.
Demonstrate Claude, tool use, and governance fundamentals, then sit and pass the official CCA-F exam (720 to pass).
Complete a supervised, applied delivery project on a real enterprise scenario, reviewed by senior architects.
Before the official exam, you clear an internal practice standard with structured coaching, so you sit the CCA-F ready, not hoping.

Weeks 1–2Safety and governance, the practice standard, and the official CCA-F.
Week 3Real enterprise scenarios, supervised delivery, and final review.
